FULLY LICENSED & INSURED · RAPID DEPLOYMENT· RESIDENTIAL RESPONSE
Residential Storm Response for Trees on Homes, Dangerous Trees, Crane-Assisted Removals, and Debris Staging.

Crane-assisted removals allow us to safely lift large tree sections from over homes, structures, and difficult areas while helping minimize additional impact to the property.

Our heavy equipment and crane access help us handle difficult residential sites where reach, terrain, limited access, or nearby structures make conventional tree removal more challenging.

When a tree or large limb is on or inside a home, clear photos help us confirm the hazard and determine emergency priority. Our crews use specialized rigging and crane access when needed to safely remove the tree or limb and help limit further property damage.
From first contact through final walkthrough, we use a clear process to assess the hazard, define the work, document the agreed scope, complete the approved tree work, and close out the job before leaving the property.
We review your request, photos, access conditions, and reported hazards. Once we reach the property, we assess the tree and surrounding area and determine the safest approach.
Clear photos showing a tree on or inside a home or other structure may qualify the request for emergency priority when prompt removal may help prevent additional property damage. Photos are required before emergency priority is assigned.
We define exactly what tree work is to be performed, the equipment required, access conditions, and how storm debris will be handled. The approved scope is written into the agreement before work begins.
Before work begins, we review the written scope, price, payment terms, and any job-specific conditions with you. Work begins only after the agreement is accepted.
We do not provide written estimates for insurance approval or contractor shopping. After you approve and sign the agreement, you may use the signed agreement and supporting documentation for your insurance claim.
Once the written agreement is accepted and any required payment arrangements are in place, our crew begins the approved work using the equipment and methods outlined in the scope.
Before our crew leaves, we walk the completed work with you and compare it with the written scope. If something within the agreed scope needs attention, we address it then. Once the job is accepted and our crew leaves, return visits are not part of the normal storm-response process.
After the final walkthrough and acceptance of the completed work, payment by cash or check is due. Credit-card and financing arrangements are completed before work begins. We provide final payment documentation for your records.
Authentic field operations highlighting our heavy-duty capabilities, professional crews, and specialized equipment deployed across the Eastern U.S.
During major storm events, pre-registered homeowners are contacted in the order their requests are received as our crews safely enter the affected area. Road access, communications, operating conditions, and crew safety may affect when a property can actually be reached.
A request may move ahead of the normal contact order when clear photos show a tree on or inside a home or other structure and prompt removal may help prevent additional property damage. Photos are required so our team can confirm the emergency before assigning priority.
During a structural emergency, financial surprises are unacceptable. We operate with complete transparency regarding insurance documentation and payment expectations.
People’s Tree Specialists does not provide written estimates for the purpose of shopping other contractors or obtaining insurance approval. We contract directly with the property owner. Once you approve and sign the agreement, the authorized work is scheduled to begin, and you may provide that signed agreement and supporting job documentation to your insurance company for your claim. People’s does not renegotiate the customer-approved scope or pricing with insurers.

Major storm and disaster areas may restrict entry to residents, emergency personnel, and specifically authorized contractors. Based on decades of field storm-response experience, we have learned that a crew may be ready to help but still be delayed at a controlled access point when the homeowner cannot be reached for verification.
When you submit a Storm Damage Request, the information you provide helps us document your request and generates a Property Access Authorization for our field team to use when controlled access verification is required.
Verified property address and homeowner contact information
Written homeowner authorization requesting People’s Tree Specialists
Description of the reported storm-related need
Property Access Authorization available to our field team on phone or tablet
Property Access Authorization supports verification of the homeowner’s request for service but does not override emergency-management, law-enforcement, curfew, evacuation, recovery, or other public-safety restrictions.
Before a storm, you may pre-register to enter our contact queue. This helps our team identify where assistance may be needed and allows us to reach out as we enter your area to see whether you need help. After damage occurs, submitting a Storm Damage Request with accurate property information, details of the damage, and photos when available helps our field team evaluate your need, access conditions, and appropriate response.
No. People’s Tree Specialists does not file insurance claims or negotiate with insurance companies on your behalf. We contract directly with the property owner. Yes. People’s Tree Specialists mobilizes throughout the Eastern U.S. for significant tree-damage events, including hurricanes, tornadoes, severe windstorms, heavy snow, and ice storms. We monitor storm strength, projected path, the size of the affected area, power outages, and incoming pre-registrations and Storm Damage Requests to identify where assistance may be needed. Our field scouts may stage near an affected area and enter as conditions safely allow to verify damage, access, and authorized work before heavy crews and specialized equipment are deployed.
Yes. People’s Tree Specialists can provide storm-response services for commercial properties when an authorized decision-maker can approve the scope of work and arrange payment under the agreed terms. For owner-operated businesses, payment is due upon completion and final walkthrough approval. Projects requiring corporate purchasing approval, centralized accounts-payable processing, or extended payment terms are reviewed individually before work is accepted.
Emergency priority may include a tree or major limb that has struck, penetrated, or is resting on a home, building, roof, or other occupied structure; a tree blocking a driveway or primary entrance needed for residents or emergency vehicles; or a blocked garage that prevents vehicles from being accessed. Clear photos and accurate property information help our team evaluate the severity, access needs, and appropriate response. Each request is reviewed individually, and priority is determined based on the circumstances at the property.
During major storm events, call volume can be heavy and communications may be disrupted. We strongly recommend submitting our Storm Damage Request so our field team receives your correct property address, contact information, damage details, and photos when available.
During a major storm mobilization, our voicemail may be updated with event-specific instructions. If your call goes to voicemail, speak clearly and leave your name, property address, callback number, and a brief description of the damage or access problem. Then complete the Storm Damage Request form on this page. Accurate addresses, clear directions, and photos when available are especially important when phone communications are disrupted. If conditions permit, our field team may use that information to locate the property and make contact in person even when we are unable to reach you by phone.

To help us respond quickly and prepare the right crew and equipment, please provide as much information as possible about your property and storm damage before joining the active response queue. Details about access, structural damage, hazards, and clear photos help us evaluate your needs before we arrive.
